| I am the Mayor of the Town of Chesterfield, SC, located 48 miles southeast of I-485 (Charlotte). We have recently closed our water treatment plant due to low demand and are purchasing our water from another provider. The plant was built in the late 1970s and was upgraded in the mid 1990s. We are interested in offering this plant for use for a water bottler. It has a 30 acre reservoir and a 1 million gallon per day capacity. We are a very pro-business community and will work with any interested party as best we can. We also have approx. 20 acres of land adjacent to the plant and a town-owned commerce park 1 mile away.
